Shhhh--surprise welcome back signs for Rev. Joan!

Help us welcome Rev. Joan back on Sunday Oct. 3rd.  Make a simple sign with hearts or stars or flowers.  Write a message for her and we'll go into gallery view at the end of Announcements near the start of worship.  Wave you sign about, or make a heart shape with your hands, or have a bouquet of flowers with you.  You could even just use the "Reactions" option to choose a heart or hands clapping!

The point is to have some fun and show her our love.  But we'll keep it a bit of a surprise!  ;-)

See you on Sunday

Sun. Sept. 26, 2021 ~ HS Youth Group Service Project: Painting the Church Fence

Many thanks to the seven youth and three adults who rocked the fence painting on Sunday morning. They were busy the entire time and it looks like a brand new fence! It brought joy to all the people at the outdoor Coffee Hour to see how hard y'all had worked to care for our fence and the church grounds.  THANK YOU!  You can tell from the pictures that you were focused AND having fun at the same time.

Kudos to Kris Hammer from the Property Committee for coordinating the project and supplies, and to Susan and Elizabeth for getting the yummy refreshments.

I was impressed by how dazzling the fence looked afterward, how much fun everyone seemed to have together, and the fact that no one fell over the ledge!  The music, donuts, and coffee were nice touches too!

Next Youth Group meeting: Pizza and an outdoor fire on Wed. October 13th.  Email Liza for more details.

Sept. 19, 2021: Multigenerational Outdoor Water Ceremony and LSE Kick-off with All Ages Kickball!

Music, ritual, fresh air, and friends both new and old! The LSE Committee and Liza are grateful for all the additional helpers we had with set-up clean-up, and everything in between. Wonderful to have so many kids, families, individual adults, couples, and even a dog!
